Crazy Cousinz & Friends · crazycousinz.london · v1.1 · last updated 22 June 2026
1. Who we are
This website (crazycousinz.london) is operated by Blackhorse Events Holdings Limited (company no. 13364849), registered office Raydean House, 15 Western Parade, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 1AH, trading as Eutopia Warehouse. Blackhorse Events Holdings Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site.
Eutopia Warehouse operates this site to run the signup and presale for the Crazy Cousinz & Friends event at Eutopia Warehouse, The Yard, Barking, on Sat 1 Aug 2026. Crazy Cousinz are the headline artists for the event; Eutopia Warehouse, as the venue and promoter, runs this site and holds your data.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@eutopiawhs.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us when you sign up through the form:
- First name (and last name, if you give it)
- Email address
- Mobile phone number with country code, only if you choose to give it (it is optional)
- Your marketing consent (email and SMS)
- The exact wording of the consent statement you agreed to, and the form version, kept as audit-trail evidence of your consent
Information we collect automatically when you visit, for security, fraud prevention and advertising measurement:
- Your IP address, used to infer your approximate country and city (we do not store the raw IP in our marketing records — it is used at the moment of signup and for ad measurement only)
- The date and time of your signup
- Your browser and device type, and the page you arrived on (landing page and referring site)
- Campaign tracking parameters (UTM tags) and advertising click identifiers (Facebook
fbclid, Googlegclid)
Information we derive: every new signup is tagged at the "Lead" stage in our marketing system so we can tell who has registered interest. We do not build profiling, scoring or predictive models about you.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you when you submit the signup form. We also load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. We show a cookie banner on your first visit; the pixel runs unless you opt out, which you can do anytime via the banner, the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, an ad-blocker or privacy extension, "Global Privacy Control" / "Do Not Track" in your browser, or at the platform level in your Meta Ad Preferences. See §8.
4. Why we collect it
We use your personal data to:
- Send you the updates you opted into about Crazy Cousinz & Friends: presale access, ticket releases, lineup news, set times and event information
- Invite you to the event's WhatsApp community, if you choose to join
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising for this event
- Build advertising audiences for this event and similar Eutopia Warehouse events (see §7)
- Keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent or automated signups
- Comply with our legal obligations
We will only send you marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you gave consent by ticking the consent box at signup. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Legal bases for processing (UK GDPR)
- Consent — for marketing messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp) and for advertising/tracking pixels
- Legitimate interests — for website analytics, security and fraud prevention, and for building advertising audiences for our own similar events (balanced against your rights; you can object at any time)
- Contract — where you go on to buy a ticket, to process that purchase
- Legal obligation — where we are required by law to retain certain records
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the following providers who process it on our behalf to run the service, each under a written data-processing agreement:
- Brevo (Brevo SAS, France — EU) — our email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing platform, and the system of record for your signup
- Meta Platforms (Ireland / USA) — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, used to measure advertising and build audiences using hashed (encrypted) identifiers (see §7)
- Google (Google Ireland / Google LLC, USA) — we keep a backup copy of signup records in a private Google Sheet so no signup is lost
- Vercel (USA) — hosting for this website, which processes your IP address and request metadata
- Seeka (Seeka Technology, Australia) — our advertising measurement platform. It collects site activity (your IP address, cookies and event data) and forwards it to advertising platforms on our behalf through both browser and server channels, which makes measurement more reliable
- LiveIt (liveit.io, UK) — our ticketing provider; if you go on to buy a ticket, that transaction is processed by LiveIt under its own privacy policy
If you choose to join the event's WhatsApp community, your phone number and WhatsApp profile name become visible to others in that group, and your participation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Joining is entirely optional.
Your data is not shared with Crazy Cousinz or any other promoter — it is held by Eutopia Warehouse and the processors above only.
7. Advertising audiences
We may upload hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your email address or phone number to Meta to create "custom audiences" for promoting this event, and to build "lookalike" audiences of similar people. The data is hashed before it leaves us and is matched against existing platform users. You can opt out by emailing info@eutopiawhs.com.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies, all set first-party from our own domain:
cc_consent(essential, around 1 year) — remembers your cookie choice; holds only "granted" or "denied" and no personal data_fbp(around 90 days) — a browser identifier used to measure advertising and enable retargeting_fbc(around 90 days, only if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad) — stores the ad click ID so the ad can be credited- Seeka identifiers (first-party) — used by our measurement platform to match your browser and server events so a signup is counted once, not twice
The advertising identifiers are managed by Seeka and shared with Meta through both browser and server channels, using shared event IDs so each action is only counted once. They run unless you opt out; if you opt out (via the banner or the "Cookie settings" link), we stop sending events to Meta.
To control this tracking you can: use any ad-blocker or privacy extension, enable "Do Not Track" / "Global Privacy Control" in your browser, manage cookies in your browser settings, or opt out at the platform level via Meta Ad Preferences. Disabling cookies may affect how the site works.
9. Where your data goes (international transfers)
Your data is stored and processed in the EU (Brevo, France) and the UK (Eutopia Warehouse, LiveIt). Some providers process data in the United States (Meta, Google, Vercel) and Australia (our measurement platform Seeka). Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision (UK–EU), the EU–US / UK–US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses / the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as appropriate.
10. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed — that is, until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete it. We use it to keep you updated about this event and similar Eutopia Warehouse events. We review our marketing lists periodically and remove contacts who are no longer engaged. Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.
11. Marketing and how to opt out
You choose at signup which channels we contact you on, and you can withdraw consent on any channel at any time:
- Email — click the unsubscribe link in any email
- SMS — reply STOP to any message
- WhatsApp community — leave the group at any time, or reply STOP / message us
We action opt-outs promptly.
12. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@eutopiawhs.com; we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint — though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
13. Security
All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit (TLS). Your data at rest in Brevo and Google is encrypted by those providers. Access is restricted to named members of the Eutopia Warehouse team on a need-to-know basis.
14. Data breaches
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to risk your rights and freedoms, we will report it to the ICO within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you directly where the law requires.
15. Children
This service and event are intended for people aged 18 and over, enforced with photo ID at the door. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date and version at the top of this page identify the current version; material changes will be notified to current subscribers by email.
